Merry Maids is Hiring an Office Assistant Near North Richland Hills, TX

Job Description

Position Objective:
Assist the manager to ensure the highest customer satisfaction through implementation and development of premium customer service strategies emphasizing prompt and active communication, responsibly managing the customer's schedule and notes, and ensuring that all customers are cared for and understood.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Actively and continuously monitor all communication portals to ensure that customers are responded to within five minutes during business hours.
  • Work diligently to accommodate the service schedule to harmonize the needs of the customer, the technician, and the company.
  • Answers phones and directs calls to appropriate party.
  • Properly update the customer’s account with any special requests or note adjustments.
  • Actively communicate with team members concerning customer’s notes and special requests.
  • Performing daily retention tasks for quality assurance.
  • De-escalating customer complaints while accurately logging and communicating the complaint with the supervisor.
  • Provides issues resolution to ensure quality control, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Completes daily closeout process in the system inputting data for time spent at customer’s home, mileage, and update customer information and make all daily deposits.
  • Updating accounts payable system with current invoices.
  • Making daily bank deposits.
  • Keeping the office files and systems organized.

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Provides phone sales quotes and generates ancillary revenue through additional services such as refrigerator, ovens, and window cleanings and laundry washing.
  • Inputs all sales leads into the computer
  • Stocking and supplying the service area.
  • Assigning towel bundles and keys to the team members at the end of the day.
  • Interview new house cleaner candidates.
  • Assists with new hire paperwork, orientation, and training.
