As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for the performance of one or multiple programs (family of programs), with an emphasis on new development/production. This role requires a broad understanding of all aspects of a program, from ideation to production as well as in-service support. Customer-facing, you will have great business acumen, making judicious decisions to achieve customer satisfaction while successfully executing your programs.
In this role, youhave the opportunity tolead highly diverse cross functional teams composed of contracts, program planning, finance, operations, and engineering, to develop next-generation RF/Microwave and Mixed Signal solutions.
You will be a part ofaworld-class Engineering Team for our Microelectronics Division, a leading provider of dense, rugged, secure microelectronics solutions for next generation defense applications. You will be a part of ourSignal Solutions Business Unit where we design, develop, and produce the next generation RF/Microwave and mixed signal components, IMA’s, modules and subsystems. We are an agile team focused on delivering innovative, high-quality products to our customers on time and on budget.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or a related field with 5 years of relevant technical experience
Experienced leading technical projects for product development programs
Aerospace & Defense, or Satellite Communications SATCOM Industry experience
Ability to obtain a DoD clearance (US Citizens only)
Preferred Qualifications:
