The candidate will work as a Program Manager in an aerospace and defense company focusing on managing multiple programs simultaneously. They will be responsible for developing plans for program execution including schedules and estimates while ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget. They will also handle risk management and provide detailed resources required for successful program execution.

Skill Requirements:

• Program Management experience of 5 years
• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field
• Experience leading technical projects for Product Development programs
• Aerospace & Defense, or Satellite Communications SATCOM Industry experience
• Ability to obtain a government security clearance

Preferred

• Advanced Degree
• Program Management certification (PMP)
• Experienced with documentation and collaboration tools such as Confluence and SharePoint
• Knowledge of Government contracting practices like Earned Value Management (EVMS)
• Solid knowledge of program scheduling tools like MS Project
