Job Overview : u003C / p>

Assist the vendor relations manager in the execution and deployment of strategic initiatives core to the ongoing business objectives.
Ensure presence of quantifiable performance indicators to correspond with strategy roll outs. Primary liaison for on-site vendor unit managers, responsible to train leaders on MBFS reporting tools designed to aid in the oversight of daily operations.
Provide oversight for digital initiatives / projects related to the customer service vendor working in collaboration with the digital teams, domain coordinators, business system owners and internal operational departments with the Fort Worth business center. u003C / p>

Design and execute strategies at the call center to meet overarching targets and objectives set forth from leadership. Travel to program location / - 25% of the time for on the ground supervision and observation. (50%) u003C / li>

Responsible for oversight of the input of new hire onboard & offboard requests & associated tickets essential for access requirements for the vendor program.
Create and launch internal assessments for new process work migrated to the vendor. Coordinate system testing and troubleshooting of process workflows. (20%) u003C / li>

Resolve escalated issues stemming from the various operational departments, field sales teams, website teams and brand partners.
Devise, document and implement continuous process improvement strategies based on identified gaps and trends. (15%) u003C / li>

Provide leadership interaction with vendor unit managers for the further development of the vendor program. Offer strategic insight and program awareness to aid in goal identification and goal achievement. (10%) u003C / li>
