Job Title : Client Services Representative
Location : N. Fort Worth, TX (76177)
Pay Rate : $24 / hr BOE
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm On-site Only
Job Duties :
Interacts with customers via telephone, SMS, and email to assist with customer inquiries and issues
Record details of customer interactions in our CRM system.
Resolves customer complaints and concerns through active listening, empathy, professionalism, and problem solving via phone, email and chat
Job Requirements :
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Must have 1 year(s) of experience in a high volume, metrics driven call center environment
Must be able to maintain composure and diffuse tense calls
