Solarus Medical is Hiring a Client Service / Sales Representative Near Fort Worth, TX

COMPANY OVERVIEW: Solarus Medical is an 20-year old Home Medical Equipment company that specializes in serving the needs of Pediatric clinics. We service 1000 pediatric clinics across the state of Texas, providing nebulizers to support children’s with serious breathing conditions at the point of care. WE HAVE A GREAT CULTURE! JOB OVERVIEW: The Client Service Rep (CSR) position is a blend of customer service and soft sales. The CSR acts as Solarus primary customer relationship point of contact for our company, visiting 10-15 Pediatric clinics each day including the delivery and service of Nebulizers to our our clinics in the DFW market and across the state of Texas.

What will YOU do?

  • 4-day work week (Monday through Thursday)!
  • Act as the primary relationship representative to build and maintain trusted and valued relationships with physician practices.
  • Service and grow our business primarily in the DFW area. This includes increasing our market share in 150 pediatrics clinics in the DFW market who are currently Solarus customers and assisting with opening new clinics.
  • Ensure safe delivery of product to clinics throughout Central Texas.
  • Develop and maintain working knowledge of current products and services offered by the company and all applicable governmental regulations.
  • Manage territory to reach service and sales goals and deliver equipment as required in accordance with industry standards.
  • Educate clinics in the proper use and care of equipment.

Requirements:

  • Must possess a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
  • Driving to and visiting clinics in a small company provided truck. There is a lot of driving so must be comfortable driving every day and visiting clinics each day.
  • Must be able to lift 30 lbs. on a continuous basis and a lot of walking, sitting, driving, standing, stooping, bending, pushing, and pulling.

  • Salary, Performance Bonus & Sales Commission. We are a performance based company that does annual evaluations and provides an incentive plan for this position based on overall contribution, professionalism and market growth in the DFW area.
