The Mercedes-Benz Account Receivable Team Representative (MB ART Rep.) is responsible for the daily reconciliation of all payments within the Mercedes-Benz Financial Services Portfolio and Dealer Credit System.

This includes communication with all departments that support Dealers, Customers, Brand Partners and direct interactions with customers.

MB ART representative is also responsible for ensuring all processes are in accordance with ICS guidelines as well as ensuring compliance to the Limits of Authority guidelines set by the Daimler Global Policy. u003C / p>

Responsible for the timely processing of payment allocations, refunds and terminations within ALFA, and the subsequent account corrections, refunds and title release process associated with them.

Processes include communication with various internal and external customers. Processes require extensive research, as well as following strict guidelines and compliance.

The team processes over 200,000 cases yearly. (25%) u003C / li>

Validate refunds and contract disbursements in accordance with Compass, limits of Authority and ICS guidelines for the Fort Worth Contact Center.

Agents are responsible for ensuring proper Limits of Authority are met with regard to the following transactions : payoff shortages, refunds, deficiency balances, contract disbursements, customer satisfaction.

Agents receive various case creations. The team processes over 200,000 cases yearly. (25%) u003C / li>

Agents are responsible for reviewing and processing cases generated in ALFA & Onpoint : Payoff processing, research and allocation, refund, principal reduction, small balance, payoff title release, flat cancel, termination reversals, GAP report, and Return Payment report within a 24 hour period.

The team processes over 10,000 cases yearly. (15%) u003C / li>

Agent is part of a department effort to maintain General Suspense. This includes the manual posting effort for a daily average of $2.

5M dollars of incoming receivables to the ALFA portfolio suspense system. Review aged items for follow-up to ensure we are in compliance with Compass escalation process. (15%) u003C / li>

Agents are responsible for reviewing and processing all exception reports : Payoff processing, research and allocation, refund, and payoff title release within a 48 hour period. (10%) u003C / li>
