About The Opportunity
The Line Lead is responsible for understanding production work orders, load tags, time sheets and all other relevant documents, palletizing instructions and GMPs.- Demonstrate commitment to safety and perform job duties in accordance with company safety policies and procedures
- Demonstrate commitment to quality and perform job duties in adherence to GMP guidelines
- Understand department communication systems, schedules, time/attendance system and job reporting requirements
- Understand computer system and input of data
- Perform quality checks on products and identify defects
- Maintain production efficiencies and standards
- Monitor work at all times
- Teach others how to read work orders
- Help employees set up on jobs
- Maintain good housekeeping in production areas and play an active role in the maintenance and cleanliness of work areas
- Perform the following job functions in an accurate and efficient manner: packing, palletizing, bundling, stacking, sorting, load tags
- Perform other duties as assigned by management/supervisors
**starting pay is 18.00 an hour
