Title: Line Lead I
Reports To: Production Operations Manager
Department: Manufacturing
Summary of position
Responsible for efficient and accurate operation of an assigned production line. Responsible for the accurate packaging and documentation of finished products.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the finished goods being produced on operating lines; this includes ensuring accurate data is being recorded and products are being produced and packaged following to GMP Procedures.
  • Responsible for the productivity of a production line and ensuring team members stay on task and are rotated appropriately
  • In depth knowledge of machine function and operation. Can confidently execute the following tasks:
    • Tote changes
    • Film changes
    • Tube loads
    • Cycle speed adjustments
    • Starting and stopping the machine
  • In depth knowledge and understanding of auxiliary equipment such as conveyors, labeling machines, rotating tables and mechanical tape machines.
  • Follow and understand all required SOPs and GMP procedures.
  • Assign and coordinate the delivery of materials to facility and lines
Qualities
  • Advance mechanical and machine operation skills
  • Experience with PLC
  • Mechanical Troubleshooting Problem Solving
  • Competent in MS Office products and computers
  • Effectively communicate verbally and electronically
  • Detail Oriented and Organized
  • Strong Multi-Tasking
  • Able to lift up to 50lbs
Qualifications
  • 1 years of machine operation experience or similar skills
  • Must be proficient in speaking and reading the English Language
  • High School Diploma or GED
