Title: Packer - Line Labor I 4:4 shift 7 am - 7 pm (4 days on/4 days off on a rotating schedule)

Starting: $15.25 and up DOE
Summary of position
Responsible for inspecting and packaging finished HR products while ensuring all good manufacturing procedures (GMP), safety and quality control process are adhered to within the production process.
Essential Functions:
- Package finished products into desired packaging*.
- Accurately count required quantities for packaging.
- Palletize packaging for shipment/storage requiring lifting to 50 lbs.**
- Follow and understand facility GMPs and safety guidelines.
- Ability to distinguish in-process product defects as defined by quality management.
- Ensure overall product quality is acceptable and defects are eliminated.
- Clear the line daily and remove all trash and other tasks that are assigned by the line lead or Production Management.
Secondary Functions:
- Assist with daily startup and shutdown.
- Maintain efficiency and productivity.
- Clear the line daily and remove all trash.
- Palletize and shrink wrap material
- Other duties as assigned to meet business needs.

- Attention to detail.
- Basic counting.
- Physical dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
- Good communication skills
- Ability to learn and adapt to new processes, policies, and technologies.
Qualifications
- No experience required.
- Must be proficient in speaking and reading the English language.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.**
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time—up to three (3) hour
