The essential job responsibilities include: Water Matrix- Plan, organize, and control the overall operations of the Water Matrix Department which include the construction and maintenance of the Division's water distribution system; and serve as control point for the South Service Center. Gas Matrix-Plan, organize and control the overall gas systems construction and maintenance operation, utilities joint trench and directional drilling to include the tracking of the Division's performance in comparison with private contractors and internal performance targets. Matrix responsibilities for administrative support to electric and water crews resources at different service centers. Electric Support Services- Plan, organize, manage, control and evaluate field operations personnel responsible for construction of customer/ capital maintenance for transmission, substation, fiber- optic communication and network system projects to meet Electric Division goals. Oversee the overall operations of the Electric Support Service Department. Plan, organize, manage and control the overall operations of the Electric Distribution Department to include electric system troubleshooting/restoration, electric distribution system, capital/maintenance, coordinate the work of department with internal/external entities and oversee system-wide electrical system.
