Mellow Mushroom is looking for a dedicated and reliable bartender to join our team! the ideal candidate will have an eye for quality, is a team player, and has a passion for service and hospitality.

Job Details:

• Make personal connections with guests to create loyalty through engaging conversations
• Check ID's of all guest who intend to order alcoholic beverages
• Read and organize tickets to quickly and accurately serve guests and manage large crowds
• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guest per Mellow Standard Operating Procedures specifications.
• Replace kegs and restock bottle beer and alcohol when necessary
• Take food and beverage orders from serving staff and directly from guest
• Collect and accurately process guest payments per company standards procedures
• Maintain clean and sanitary bar area, equipment, blenders and perform glass washing
• Provide timely, attentive, fun and friendly service to guests and service team members to ensure our guests feel valued and well cared for
• Create positive first impressions that build loyalty in return guests
• Make our guests feel welcome by engaging with them and creating a lively and fun atmosphere!

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Alcohol certification and Serve Safe a plus!
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts
• 1 years of bartending experience
• Must be elligable to work in the US

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $2.13 - $5.00 per hour
