Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with the ability to communicate effectively in a retail environment.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases
- Utilize stock knowledge to maintain inventory levels and ensure products are readily available
- Operate POS system and Microsoft Office programs
- Engage in upselling techniques to increase sales revenue
- Utilize basic math skills for inventory management and sales transactions
- Conduct sales in multiple languages, including, Ukrainian and English launguaches to diverse customer needs
- Apply technical sales knowledge to promote specialized products or services

Requirements:
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Proficiency in retail math for pricing and inventory management
- Ability to operate a cash register and POS system efficiently
- Fluency in Spanish or other languages is a plus for multilingual customer interactions
- Experience in technical sales is advantageous but not required
