Impro has been experiencing phenomenal growth, the Company is seeking Sales Engineer/Account Manager to join our Chicago Naperville team.
Position Details:
Location: Naperville Office, Illinois
Department: Automotive & Industrial Components
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain relations with existing automotive & industrial accounts
Process inquiries/requests for quotation from new and existing accounts and negotiate pricing and commercial terms
Be responsible for new project launch collaboration and act as a liaison between customers and Company's multiple-function teams globally
Develop and maintain communications cooperatively and professionally with all levels of staff and customers using established guidelines
Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers
Collaborate with sales team to understand customer requirements and provide sales support
Perform other tasks as assigned
Key Requirements:
Bachelor degree with mechanical engineering background (Required)
Castings related experience is a plus
OEM experience in manufacturer
At least 4-year solid Engineering and Account Manager experience
Multinational corporate cultural identity
Occasional business trips are necessary
