Meeker Memorial Hospital & Clinics is Hiring a Director of Human Resources Near Litchfield, MN

  • Fulltime exempt position. This senior team member has the overall responsibility to provide strategic consultation for the MMHC workforce, managing all functions related to human resources including: employee recruitment and retention, orientation, compensation and benefits methodology, education and training, staff communication, regulatory compliance, and performance management. Qualified applicant will have a Bachelors Degree in human resources, business management or healthcare, Master’s preferred; and 5 years relevant experience in a position related to human resources, management or business relations, preferably in a hospital setting and/or experience with government employment.
