Per Diem Float Pool OverviewIf you are searching fora flexible RN position with PREMIUM PAY, the Registered Nurse PerDiem Float Pool is a great opportunity! Enjoy a flexible schedule and floatwithin the hospital wherever there are staffing needs. These positions requirea minimum of 1 year of medical surgical telemetry RN experience. Registry staff mainly float to med/surg, telemetry, observation, stepdown/IMC, ICU units and take care of ED Boarders.
Per Diem Float PoolCommitment Levels: there are three total levels available, but I only have Tier B and C right now:
Type B-Minimum of ten 12-hour shifts per six-weekschedule; 4 shifts must be on a weekend; 2 holiday shifts per year; 2 hard tofill shift per year 
Type C-Minimum of five 12-hour shifts per six-weekschedule; 2 shifts must be on a weekend; 1 holiday shifts per year; 1 hardto fill shift per year

Key Responsibilities

As a Clinical Nurse you will deliver proficient nursing care to patients and families whose needs range from uncomplicated to highly complex. You will identify current and potential complex problems of specific patient populations and critically analyzes trends and changes in patient status and plans appropriate interventions directly or indirectly through other nurses.

Qualifications

• ADN, BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing required.
• 1-2 years RN experience required. 1 year of medical surgical/telemetry RNexperience strongly preferred.
• Active MD RN License or Active Compact State RN and Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers required.
