We are seeking an experienced finance professional to assist in the design of financial databases and automated processes within the accounting and finance functions.

In this role, you will…

• Design and develop ETL workflows in Alteryx that are utilized within Accounting and Finance.
• Ensure the timely load of monthly premium data into the enterprise data warehouse.
• Build visual dashboards in Tableau to communicate results of analysis to business leaders.
• Maintain and enhance existing financial databases while ensuring the quality, integrity, and accuracy of data is not jeopardized.
• Assists in the development of automated processes used in the financial close process.
• Prepare technical specifications and documentation for Alteryx databases, workflows and macros.
• Review existing financial processes and procedures to develop recommendations for improvement.
• Partner with financial planning and analysis (FP&A) group to identify best practices with data management and technology optimization.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
• Perform other projects and duties as assigned.

We are looking for candidates with…

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, mathematics, or finance related degree.
• More than 3 years of experience in relevant field.
• Experience working with data analytics tools such as Alteryx Designer & Tableau.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Access, and VBA.
• Solid problem solving and organizational skills.
• Highly motivated, adaptable and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to work in both an independent setting but also a collaborative environment.
