Some of the things you will need include a bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, Project Management, or related field or equivalent demonstrated skills and abilities. 5 years of experience in an Information Technology field or applicable department is required; previous BA or digital product manager/owner experience is preferred.

In this position you will be responsible for collaborating with business partners and IT staff to develop and maintain a roadmap to deliver technologies and digital capabilities that provide process improvements and have a positive impact on business performance in the areas of accounting and finance (Account to Close process).You will build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to provide excellent customer service; keep stakeholder(s) informed of progress, changes, risks, and problems throughout the various phases of solution delivery. The Business Analyst II anticipates changes in technologies and understands the impact on the business processes, works to minimize negative impacts while looking to leverage new features/functionality to drive process improvements; develops a deep understanding of current systems and processes and analyze impact of changes as new solutions are introduced. Finally, you will create, edit, and update test plans/work instructions and educate appropriate stakeholders on how to use/test solution; perform initial testing to ensure agreed upon solution(s) are met before handoff to stakeholder for testing.
