Associate Data Analyst
The position is Hybrid- Not Remote
Candidate and must reside in the Fort Wayne, IN area.
W-2 only or 1099, no Corp to Corp- Third Party Vendors, please do not apply.
Must be able to work in the United States without Visa Sponsorship.
Required Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Math, Science, or Computer Science in addition:

Well-versed in working with APIs, and connecting to system endpoints.
Experienced working with large and complex data sets.
Adept at using Cognos.
Experienced working with various systems to access company data, to analyze and draw valuable business insights.
Experience using Alteryx.
Skilled with using Power BI.
Directly interacting with customers/end users to understand and interpret their business needs in order to deliver exceptional finished products that solve complex issues, create value and ultimately help drive the organization forward.
Expert knowledge of advanced functionality in MS Excel and other Office products.

Other preferred experiences:

Familiarity with RPA.
Workiva.
MS Teams and SharePoint.
Smartsheet.
Sequel query/databases.
Power Pivot.
MS Visio.
Hadoop.
Oracle.
Sequel query.

Job Summary:

Obtain, develop and maintain data, databases and data interfaces necessary for forecasting and analysis in a timely and high-quality manner.
Prepare reports and routine computations on this and other data.
Develop new data and reports as necessary.

Essential Job Functions & Tasks:

Accurately and punctually manage all forecasting and other databases using appropriate software and knowledge of data Identify potential data problems and work with other departments and vendors to solve data errors.
Develop reports and data queries to construct reports.
Find and develop data necessary to answer business questions.
Prepare regulatory, management and other reports and requests for information.
