Huntersville Health & Rehabilitation Center, a 90 bed skilled rehabilitation facility in Huntersville is seeking a Customer Service Representative.
The Customer Service Representative will:
- Assist patients & family members by addessing concerns & forwarding them to the correct party
- Providing proper documentation of communications to relevant staff
- Identifying customer service trends for areas of improvement
Requirements:
- Proven working experience in similar roles
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional appearance
- Solid communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
- Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
