- Answers commercial service phone calls
- Creates service tickets
- Works with the commercial sales department on quotes
- Invoicing
- Works with vendors to source/cost materials
- Maintains open order reports ensuring they are updated and current
- Maintains Preventive Maintenance Agreements and Order Log for Service Material
- Works closely and collaboratively with credit department related to credit application processing, credit limits and collections efforts.
- Responsible for all service invoices and billing accuracy.
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- 1 years experience in a customer service role or equivalent
- Proficient with computers
- Outstanding communication skills and courteous telephone manner
- Excellent attendance record
