During your initial weeks in this role, you will : Initiate contact with delinquent accounts to recover outstanding debts.

Skillfully negotiate payment plans while managing a portfolio of delinquent accounts and strategically prioritizing collection efforts.

Maintain meticulous and current records of interactions and debt collection activities. To qualify for this position, you'll need a high school diploma or equivalent.

Additionally, we require a consistent record of attendance and punctuality, as these are essential job functions. We're seeking self-motivated individuals who are detail-oriented, comfortable making decisions, and adept at problem-solving.
