In your first few weeks in this Accounts Receivable Agent role, you can expect to:

• Make contact on delinquent accounts to collect outstanding debts
• Negotiate payment plans while manage a portfolio of delinquent accounts and prioritize collection efforts
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and debt collection efforts.

To apply for this role, you will need a high school diploma or equivalent. You will also require a regular and reliable attendance record – attendance and punctuality are an essential job function. In addition, you should be self-motivated and detail-oriented, comfortable being the decision maker and confident asking questions to become a problem solver.
