We are currently seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing / sales department in various projects, campaigns, and initiatives.
The ideal candidate would have experience handling B2B marketing, reviewing contracts, maintaining professional licenses.
This candidate would be comfortable interacting with staff members, insurance brokers, subcontractors and other external partners.
The candidate should also have excellent communication, organizational, and creative skills.
Marketing Assistant ResponsibilitiesCoordinate, create and deliver responses for Request for Proposal (RFP)Assist with the production of marketing materials, collateral and presentationsOrganize and manage marketing collateralMaintain schedules for marketing initiativesAssist with social media and website contentWrite and edit content for different platforms such as social media, website, and press releasesAssist with internal quarterly newsletterProvide administrative and project support for a variety of marketing programsIntake and route new customer calls to the sales departmentAssisting with the setup, facilitation and completion of yearly company-wide eventsOther duties as assignedAdministrative Responsibilities
Review RFP terms and conditionsReview contract terms to verify compliance with company policy and recommend redline changes when applicableMaintain contract databaseComplete required compliance and vendor registration formsUpdate and maintain subcontractor databaseMaintain and renew business licenses, diversity certifications and membershipsOther duties as assignedRequirements

This is an in-person role, located in Clearwater, Florida. No relocation allowance available.
