Position Details:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Program Associate. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing and coordinating various programs and diagnostic initiatives within our organization. Your exceptional organizational skills, strong communication, and ability to multitask will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth execution of these important projects.

Responsibilities:

Program Management:

  • Develop and implement detailed project plans for various programs, ensuring they align with organizational objectives and timelines.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute program activities, monitor progress, and ensure deliverables are met according to established milestones.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between departments to promote successful program outcomes.
  • Regularly track and report on program performance, including key metrics and success criteria, to measure the effectiveness of initiatives.
  • Identify potential risks or challenges during program implementation and proactively devise strategies to mitigate them.
  • Provide ongoing support to program participants and departments, addressing queries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Diagnostics Coordination:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage the scheduling and coordination of diagnostic tests and procedures.
  • Collect and maintain accurate records of diagnostic data and results, adhering to relevant privacy and security protocols.
  • Work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure timely and accurate delivery of diagnostic reports to patients and their healthcare providers.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within the diagnostics workflow and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.

Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative support to the department, including organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other materials related to programs and diagnostic initiatives.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and files related to programs and diagnostics, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Healthcare Administration, Health Science) or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in project management or program coordination, preferably within the healthcare or diagnostics industry.
  • Proven experience with a clinical background.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and data.
  • Proficiency in using project management tools and software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking ownership of responsibilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
