Medcor is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruiter) to join our team at our corporate office in Sioux Falls, SD. This is a full-time hybrid position, Monday Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm. You will be required to be in the corporate office 2-3 days per week as needed.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruiter) will be responsible for hiring Healthcare Professionals such as NPs, PAs, RNs, LVN, LPNs, EMTs, Paramedics, CMAs, and potentially corporate staff. This position will partner with hiring managers to develop creative and high impact talent acquisition strategies that meet their needs. The Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruiter) will fill open positions in a timely manner with high quality, engaged colleagues. The measures of success for this position are: ensuring the hiring of high-quality colleagues that fit the culture, time to fill, client satisfaction, and the attraction and retention of top talent. This is a "hands-on" recruiting position responsible for handling multiple requisitions at any one time.
