Responsibilities include partnering closely with executive leadership, coordinating with various agencies, and developing strategies to address family homelessness. The ideal candidate will have experience in facilitating teams, understanding housing and homelessness issues, and achieving measurable goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and manage a new family collaborative model.
• Develop a family-focused leadership collaborative involving upstream systems, funders, service providers, and individuals with lived experience.
• Ensure diverse representation within the collaborative, reflecting the demographics of families experiencing homelessness.
• Oversee the development of a systems-wide strategy for addressing family homelessness.
• Coordinate services for vulnerable families on the By Name List.
• Lead coordinated entry assessments with a focus on racial equity.
• Facilitate a coordinated case conferencing approach for families.
• Support grantees to enhance capacity and performance.
• Research community needs to guide program directions.
• Maintain relationships with agencies and organizations to avoid service duplication.
• Provide consultation on program-related regulations and policies.
• Analyze legislative changes for potential impacts on services.

General Grant Administration:

• Establish administrative procedures aligned with grant objectives.
• Recruit, interview, and hire staff as needed.
• Direct professional and technical staff activities.
• Evaluate staff performance and program quality.
• Implement and evaluate service delivery.

Systems Coordination, Data Integration, and Reporting:

• Manage a comprehensive quality by name list for families.
• Participate in determining organizational policies.
• Prepare and maintain records and reports.

System-Level Outcomes and Learnings Investment:

• Develop communication and education materials.
• Establish and maintain impact evaluation mechanisms.
• Ensure data exchange and quality across systems.
• Provide provider capacity training.

Re-grant Funds Administration:

• Implement processes for awarding pass-through funding.
• Plan and administer budgets for subgrantees.

• Equity Implementation:
• Collaborate with the Racial Equity and Inclusion Specialist.
• Integrate racial equity goals into work plans.
• Conduct regular equity data reporting and analysis.
• Evaluate and revise CES assessment processes.

Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree preferred, along with relevant experience. Supervisory experience preferred.

Compensation and Benefits: Salary range: $90,000-$110,000, depending on experience. Full-time, exempt position with benefits including health, dental, vision, 401k, accrued time off, and paid holidays.
