Position Title: Corporate Accounts Generalist FSLA Status: Salary (Exempt)
Supervisor: Vice President, Corporate Development Location: Franklin, TN
Position Summary
The Corporate Accounts Generalist is responsible for both customer contracts management, contracts/pricing analytics and reporting for Medacta USA. This position reports to the Vice President, Corporate Development and collaborates closely with the commercial team. In this role, you should have an analytical mind and a strong business acumen. Problem solving skills and attention to detail are essential.

Knowledge:

Minimum Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree

Minimum Experience Requirements
1-3 years contract or pricing analyst experience. Medical device experience preferred but not required.

Minimum Skill Requirements
- Microsoft Excel skills are a requirement
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Attention to detail & demonstrated hands on work ethic.
- Outstanding organizational ability
- Problem solving aptitude
- Analytical mind with business acumen
- Experience in data mining, analysis, and reporting
- The ability to be a self-starter that proactively implements solutions

Equipment or Machines Used
Navision, PC/Microsoft Office software suite, Mac/iOS, general office equipment, and distribution equipment.
B.
Reporting/Other
This position reports to the Vice President, Corporate Development. Employee will office from Medacta USA’s Corporate Office in Nashville. Travel is minimal but could include travel for industry conferences, training courses, and company meetings.

Extent of Confidential Information
Highly confidential information regarding product development and marketing efforts.
D.
Interpersonal Contacts
External: Contracted sales agents
Internal: Direct sales personnel, Marketing, Sales Administration, Customer Service, Quality Assurance, Professional Education, Human Resources, and Medacta International Personnel.
E. Principal Duties
- Working with Corporate Account Directors to develop price file submission, construct analysis, and analytical report development.
- Identify trends in price shifts and ASP fluctuations.
- Become familiar with the market research data that influences decisions: Regional/National Healthcare Environment, Industry Trends, Pricing Strategies/Analytics, Competitive Sales & Marketing Activities/Strategies.
- Work closely with customer service and legal staff to ensure that all contracts meet internal management and legal requirements.
- Understand, train, maintain, and follow HCC policies.
- Communication: E-mail, Voice Mail, Written, Presentations, Customer, and Internal.
- Familiarize yourself with the procedures that Medacta implants are used in.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Operations teams to ensure that new product introductions are aligned with the Medacta USA price catalog.
- Build strong relationships and Interact effectively with a sense of urgency
- Interface and collaborate routinely with Logistics and Customer Service personnel at Medacta USA.
- Work directly with senior management to rectify any identified issues and report as required.
- Ensure Medacta International policies are always met
F. Occasional Duties
Reporting and updates to management, Domestic Company Meetings, and other duties may be assigned at Medacta USA’s discretion.
