Position Summary: 

As a Customer Service Representative at MDpanel, you will be instrumental in fostering seamless communication and coordination among attorneys, physicians, patients, and insurance companies. Your responsibilities will encompass diverse tasks aimed at ensuring the smooth operation and delivery of top-tier medical evaluations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate outstanding communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a dedicated commitment to delivering exceptional service to all stakeholders involved in every stage of the evaluation process.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to a team responsible for answering incoming calls, aiding, and escalating inquiries to the appropriate department if necessary.
  • Log in and sort incoming mail, including patient correspondence and administrative documents.
  • Assist with outgoing mail preparation if needed.
  • Sort medical records for upcoming appointments, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in handling sensitive legal information.
  • Monitor incoming faxes and referrals on the website, promptly processing and forwarding them to the relevant departments for further action.
  • Obtain necessary information from healthcare providers to facilitate smooth scheduling processes. This includes updating attestation forms, fee information, and notifying management of any changes to providers contact details.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments.

Qualifications and Preferred Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using office software and technical systems.
  • Previous experience in healthcare setting or customer service role is preferred but not required.
