- Translate clients’ business objectives into digital campaigns that promote attendance at live events
- Exercise strategic thinking, creativity and technical proficiency to develop integrated digital campaigns
- Work collaboratively with account leads, writers and other colleagues in web, communications, paid media and email/automation
- Create storyboards for video assets (traditional/long form and short form/social)
- Learn new technologies and grow skills to remain on the forefront of digital design
- 5 years of broad digital design experience (including designing for online media, motion graphics and video)
- Portfolio demonstrating related work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- High-level graphic production skills
- Ability to shift priorities, meet (sometimes short) deadlines, and consistently deliver quality work
- Previous experience in an agency setting preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree of Digital Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design or related field is preferred
- UX/UI skills
- Video editing skills
- Motion graphics skills
