mctlaw, a downtown Seattle law firm, seeks motivated, prompt and reliable candidates for a full-time paralegal position making a real difference in the lives of people with serious injuries. We are a midsize firm serving clients nationwide. A successful candidate will have effective oral and written communications skills, a desire to work one-on-one with attorneys in litigation, attention to details, the ability to work independently while contributing to team efforts on behalf of our clients, experience drafting professional correspondences, an aptitude for prioritizing projects, and the ability to creatively problem solve. Responsibilities include providing legal support for attorneys, acting as the first point-of-contact to firm clients in injury-related cases, obtaining and analyzing a variety of evidence to support legal claims, and assisting with preparations for trial and settlement.
