The PM is responsible for the coordination of all parties involved in the project from start to finish. This includes architects, consultants, contractors, sub-contractors, laborers etc. The PM ensures that all construction activities progress according to the project schedule while maintaining accurate records and managing the project budget.QualificationsCandidates must have 3 years of experience as a construction Project Manager or 2 years of field management experiencePreferably experience in projects ranging from $5m-$20m Must have exceptional communication skills. Written, oral, and face-to-face.Supervisory skills are required.Extensive computer skills are required. Experience in Procore is not required but preferred.Experienced candidates must be able to manage multiple projects at once.Project Managers must have the ability to lead a team and motivate those involved in their projects without damaging relationships.Additional InformationThe Project Manager operates in a high-energy environment that demands great attention to detail and accuracy.
