The Assistant Director of Clinical Services (ADON) position at McKnight Place Assisted Living & Memory Care is responsible for supervising nursing staff and ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents, alongside our DON, other ADON, Care Plan Coordinator and Staffing Coordinator. This position is ideal for someone who has sound clinical judgement, is a team player, and enjoys spending time with seniors!

QUALIFICATIONS

• License: Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Missouri
• Experience: Two years Nurse Management, three or more preferred.
• Other: Excellent customer service skills, ability to work with residents, families, and co-workers effectively.
