The LPN Charge Nurse position at McKnight Place Assisted Living & Memory Care is responsible for overseeing the CNAs and CMTs in ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents.

This position is ideal for someone who has sound clinical judgement, is a team player, and enjoys spending time with seniors!

Responsibilities:

• Assume responsibility for nursing care of residents during assigned shift.
• Monitor and maintain accurate and complete records of nursing observation and care/treatment provided in nursing notes.
• Maintain communication between nursing personnel.
• Perform CMT duties as needed.
• Identify emergency situations and initiate appropriate procedures.
• Monitor and maintain narcotic records, psychotropic drug record, and other records as required.
• Complete all required clinical assessments in a timely manner.
