Architecture Operations Manager

Your Role (High level):
As the Architecture Operations Manager, you will be a key leader responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of our architectural studio. Your expertise in project management, financial acumen, and collaborative skills will contribute to the success of our projects and team. You will be focused on the management of operations for the architectural studio including overall financial performance, project budgets/schedules, and staff allocations. You will be coordinating regularly with studio leaders on project pursuits, client relationship management, document quality control, and staff development/hiring.

Who Reports to You: Architecture Project Managers and Project Architects
Where You Work: Washington. DC
Your Salary: $140,000 - $150,000
Your Role (Responsibilities):
Financial Oversight:
Manage project budgets, ensuring financial alignment with organizational goals.
Conduct financial analysis in coordination with Senior Leadership.
Interpret financial documents and solve complex financial problems.
Project Coordination:
Oversee project schedules, ensuring timely delivery.
Evaluate change orders and assess their impact.
Collaborate with clients and regulatory agencies effectively.
Consultant Management:
Coordinate the work of consultants involved in architectural projects.
Foster effective collaboration among project stakeholders.
Quality Assurance:
Review and analyze designs, plans, and specifications.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
Team Leadership:
Supervise and plan the work of technical and professional team members.
Coordinate efforts with external design firms.
Software Utilization:
Leverage Autodesk Revit, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant business software tools.
