Responsibilities

• Be outstanding at relationship building.
• Listen to customers™ questions and concerns, and provide answers or responses.
• Process insurance policy applications, endorsements changes and cancellations efficiently, according to workflow procedures.
• Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.

Requirements

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
