We are seeking a Channel Marketing Specialist to join McKesson in Richmond, VA supporting our Medical Surgicalfast-paced marketing team. As a Channel Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in implementing and optimizing marketing campaigns across various online and offline channels.

This role is also responsible for executingmarketing initiatives across multiple channels to drive brand awareness, customer and sales engagement, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a growth mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels such as Digital Paid Media, WordPress and other Content Management Systems, Email, Direct Mail and other relevant channels.

• Assist in email and direct mail campaign setup, including list segmentation, template design, and delivery optimization.

• Work closely with internal and external partners, agencies, and vendors as needed to support campaign execution and achieve objectives.

• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging marketing technologies to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.

• Other duties may be assigned as needed to meet Company goals.

Requirements:

• Degree or equivalent and typically requires 2 years of relevant experience. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.

• Strong understanding of marketing tactics across various channels, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, paid advertising, events, and more.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Positive attitude and a growth mindset, with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to adapt messaging for different channels and target audiences.
