Responsibilities:

• Checking in trade titles.
• Reviewing auction titles for completeness.
• Assist with ordering duplicate titles (both Iowa and out of state).
• Continued follow up on missing or incomplete titles.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Intermediate Microsoft Excel, Word, and data entry
• Familiarity with office procedures (filing, scanning, etc)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task with frequent interruptions
• Self-motivated & excellent time management skills
• Team player a must!
