Responsibilities
- Match vendor invoices with purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- Code and post invoices using dual accounting systems.
- Maintain organized vendor records for easy access and reference.
- Reconcile various payable accounts.
- Fulfill additional duties as required to support team objectives.
- Previous Accounts Payable required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and adept at data entry.
- Familiarity with office procedures (filing, scanning, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize assignments, multi-task, adapt to changes in daily tasks when necessary.
- Self-motivated & excellent time management skills.
- Team player a must!
