McDowell Construction Corp of Myrtle Beach is Hiring a Commercial Construction Project Manager Near Myrtle, SC

General Description:

Individual is to manage the flow of the project from inception to completion, responsible for project outcome, lead work with other members of the project team including company staff, subcontractors, design team and clients, build and maintain proper schedule, set and manage project expectations, review and manage project subcontractor’s scope of work for completeness, maintain thorough documentation, and facilitate a “can do” work environment. Individual is responsible for controlling project finances and maintaining minimum corporate margins in procurement.

  • Proven leader with the ability to manage an in-house project team
  • Well organized and detail oriented
  • Well versed in accounting principles and able to effectively manage the project budget.
  • Extensive commercial construction knowledge
  • Problem solver
  • Minimum 5 years of Commercial Project Management experience
  • Previous Project Manager or Superintendent experience necessary
  • Able to develop and foster working relationships with owners, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Able to build and maintain project schedule in P3 by Oracle
  • Familiar with Viewpoint Vista software is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
