Job Description

• Provide comprehensive field technical support for projects sold by Applied NYC office.
• Expert in VRF technology
• Able to identify and communicate with contractors on installation best practices.
• Perform diagnostic troubleshooting for systems in operation both on site and over the phone with customers.
• Conduct assisted start-up and commissioning services as necessary.
• Keep detailed project files and communicate scheduling for ongoing services necessary for customer satisfaction and proper system operation.
• Produce comprehensive service reports on a regular basis.
• Build long-term relationships with customers.

Requirements:

• 5 years prior experience as an HVAC field service technician
• Proficient in Microsoft applications: Power Point, Excel and Word
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills

Education:

• High School Degree or technical diploma in a relevant field
