Job Overview:
The Customer Service Representative will contribute to the success of MCD Innovations, Inc. by being a point- of- contact and liaison between MCD and our customers. Comfortable with working in a fast-paced, challenging environment. Self-motivated, critical thinker, detailed oriented and having a strong work ethic to contribute to the success of the organization. This role will provide excellent customer service by promptly and accurately answering customer inquiries and concerns via telephone and email.

Work Environment:
This job works in an office environment inside a manufacturing facility. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as telephones, computers, photocopiers, and fax machines. This list is not all inclusive.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to talk and listen. The employee is regularly required 8-10 hours a day to sit, stand, walk, use steps, use hands to fingers, reach with hands, repetitive bending, and squatting. The ability to lift up to 25 lbs. is required of the employee.
