1) WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
-Friendly people who are comfortable starting as cashiers (can work your way up to server if interested) -Stay at home parents/spouses -Young adults -Retirees -College students -High school students -People who work other jobs -People who are interested in eventually earning some server/floor shifts, where they can make bank! -Only have to be 15 to work here
2) WHAT WE NEED:
*Mainly need employee availability during lunch/day shifts, as we are far busier during the day than at night
*We will still consider people who mostly or only want to work at night as well
*Full-time hours roughly 30 hours per week, or more (you will start at at least $10/hr, possibly more)
*Part-time hours roughly 10-20 hours per week (you will start at $10/hr.)
3) WHAT WE OFFER:
*Somewhat of a shift differential, in favor of working during the day, instead of at night like other places!
** Exact pay rates are to be determined, but will be competitive and comparable to similar restaurant concepts
*Higher long-term income potential for working more days and/or full-time
**Those who work more days and/or full-time will get earlier access to floor/server shifts, where you can make anywhere from roughly $40 - $120 in tips in one shift! **Getting just one floor shift a week can make a huge difference in your weekly/monthly income!

*Laid back fast-casual restaurant
*Emphasis on regional favorites, famous sweet tea, and service with a smile

*No late nights/3rd shifts (restaurant closes at 9pm)
*No early mornings (no breakfast, open at 10:30am)
*No drive-thru
* Older customer base that is very easy to please and less demanding (lots of retirees and workers on lunch breaks)
*Cashiers greet customers, take orders and payment, and make drinks; Servers run food out, check on guests, clean dining room
