What You'll Do:
- Assist in daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Coordinate services for clients in both Dade and Broward County, ensuring timely and efficient scheduling of visits.
-Communicate effectively with clients and caregivers to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
-Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.

We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has excellent communication and organizational skills
-Is fluent in both English and Spanish, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with our diverse client base.
-Is reliable and able to manage the coordination of services for clients across Dade and Broward County.
- Shows empathy and understands the importance of patient care
- Can work independently and as part of a team

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends

Ability to Relocate:
