Job Summary:
Maverick Power is looking for our HR Generalist to help facilitate our growth, help create a people-first culture, and implement efficient HR and compliance practices! This individual will serve as a liaison between the company’s 100 multi-disciplinary employees and the executive leadership team. You will be responsible for ensuring that the company consistently meets State and Federal laws and compliance requirements related to the financial sector.
This position will help build an exciting, engaging, and motivating work environment that will capture and retain the best talent in the marketplace. Our ideal candidate will have a penchant for learning, a desire to grow, and a yearning to take on additional responsibilities as new and exciting projects present themselves. Our business is about people and relationships; we seek the best. You must be energetic, passionate, and ready to problem-solve!
Primary responsibilities will include setting up workflows for recruitment, onboarding new employees, overseeing payroll & benefits, managing employee matters, OSHA compliance, assisting in implementing training and much more!

May work in various settings at the Maverick Power facilities, in offices, in multiple shops, and in commercial buildings. Maintaining the same position or posture while performing tasks and sitting for prolonged periods.
