Engagement Manager
Location: New York, NY Employment: Full TimeThe Role:
As the Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for leading client engagements, driving IT services
sales, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects within the Property and casualty domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, and project management, and a deep understanding of the P&C insurance industry.
What you’ll do?
Responsibilities:
• Leverage your extensive IT services sales experience to identify and pursue new business
opportunities within the Property & Casualty domain.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery of IT services projects.
• Collaborate with technical teams to define project scope, objectives, and timelines.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business needs, and aligning
IT solutions to address those needs.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 6-10 years of experience of account management experience.
• Proven track record of successfully selling IT services within multiple verticals.
