The GRC team is an integral part of the front desk team at #mmbroadway. This role leads the internal and external customer experience, upholds our standards and policies, manages the day to day business and is fully responsible for the performance of the assigned shop in partnership with the Lead GRC and Manager. In addition, the GRC is responsible for maintaining positive team morale and uses the company’s core values to lead the shop’s culture.

Duties Include:

• Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Tending to customer needs, inquiries, and complaints.
• Managing phone calls, emails, deliveries, and office inventory.
• Processing bookings and cancellations.
• Ensuring that the reception area is kept clean and professional.
• Demonstrate thorough understanding of the handbook and all company policy, processes and procedures.
• Ensures company policies and core values are enforced.
• Assisting with marketing and sales by providing customers with information on promotions and new products and services.
• Effectively managing stylist schedules and properly manage the books with minimal errors.
• Performing administrative tasks such as filing, updating records, and logging transactions.
• Open/Closing salon company.
• Handling cash deposits
• Completing weekly inventory counts

Requirements:

• Proficiency in administrative computer software such as MS Word, Excel, and Gmail.
• The ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
• Excellent customer service and skills.
• Consistent professional presentation and pleasant demeanor.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
