Compensation:

$96,000 Commission at plan

Responsibilities:
  • Join a fun, passionate, enthusiastic team that just enjoys succeeding together
  • Demonstrate strong follow-up through phone calls, email communication and the overall management of the sales pipeline
  • Close on the appointments, our Inside Sales team sets for you
  • Have a natural ability to connect with a variety of personalities
  • Price and market homes to help attract buyers quickly
  • List and Sell jaw-dropping luxury real estate properties
  • Act as an intermediary between your seller and agents with potential buyers
  • "Always be consulting” by providing clients with your very best service and your very best advice
  • Realize your full potential if you give it your all on this team
Qualifications:

The candidate must have an active Real Estate license or be actively pursuing one. We provide you with all the tools, marketing, leads, and systems to be a top-performing agent. "Must have" qualifications include:

  • Self-starter who is able to work with minimal supervision
  • Professional in attitude and appearance
  • Successfully prospects daily for new clients while maintaining existing clients
  • Strong Negotiator
  • Knows the real estate market and consults with clients on market conditions and real estate processes
  • Naturally Enthusiastic with high energy
  • Has excellent people skills
  • Demonstrates strong phone skills: the ability to set and close appointments over the phone
  • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
