Responsibilities:
Attend team meetings and training
Prospect for and cultivate potential buyers and sellers
Determine a buyers needs, then show them properties that meet those needs
Value properties for buyers and sellers
Represent buyers and sellers during the buying & selling process
Prepare sales agreements, present offers, negotiate prices and terms
Ensure a timely and seamless transaction between buyers and sellers
Help other team members when they need you
Qualifications:
A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
A successful and proven sales history is preferred
