Enterprise Credit Risk team seeking to hire 1 scrum master to support 2 teams;
pipelining, setting up JIRA boards, work with team as working with business to design target state, creating epics and high level stories, understanding the work. . get it going off the ground, helping the team on how to organize from board, help lay out requirements, collab with business and tech side, Someone who is a servant leader to the team, helping leads on the work.

Must Haves
-5 years as dedicated scrum master working with application development teams in an enterprise environment
-strong understanding of SDLC
-strong communication skills having a lot of stakeholder communication in this role.

Desired Skills
-strong preference for former financial experience and domain knowledge
